1) Does anyone have any idea roughly how much insurance will be on this quad for me, right now I have a UK provisional car license, but taking my test soon, so can I drive this on a provisional license?

2)I live in Windsor, is there anywhere nearby where I can practice, as it sounds like you all have a lot of fun, and I would love to be able to go out for day quadding.

Thanks in advance.

Falcon Insurance is the only company that insures riders under 19, so give them a call for a quote. To give you an example one of our guys who is 17 has insured a Can Am Renegade 800 with them for £1060, so it should be cheaper than that. Compaired to insuring a car on the road at 17 that's cheap as chips!

You need a full car license to ride it on the road.

If you have a look through the various quad forums the reports on the Bashans is the build quality is poor and they break down a lot. Might be worth putting your cash towards something that might be more reliable?? This is only what I have read though, I have never actually ridden one myself.

These guys are more local to you than me, so hopefully will give you an idea of where you can ride.

Cheers

Never said it was the same level of a suzuki but he must have liked something about it to make him want to trade. I have never ridden one just looked at one close up and they seem well put together
