Hi All,

Has any one got any ideas what's the best caster, camber and toe angle for the front wheels for road use. I've tried but it still gets a bit iffy over 60mph and really scary over 70mph.

There also the question of tyres, I wanted to put some road style tyres on, as this is mainly where I use it. Something like the Duro Scorcher or Kenda Speed Racers. The later being almost just a cut slick, described for use in Supermoto tarmac/dirt. My question is will putting these tyres on mean I will not be able to do any of the rides with you guys, as I would like to come along sometimes. My thought behind this is that it will make my road riding more stable and fun.

Last of all what tyre pressures do you use on the road. I'm using 12psi at the moment which seems the best compromise, but the rears are wearing heavily in the centers, if I run them softer then the handling goes to pot. What are your views.

got a nice set of speed racers in my shed, un usable as the rears are different sizes,, yep 12mm difference on a £75 tyre. Kenda are a budget cheap tyre.
road tyres are useless off road as no grip and you cannot go in a straight line.
12 psi seems a little on the high side hence tyre bulging and wearing heavily in the centre), 6psi seems to be the most popular.
Camber/castor will be same for off and on road as for many is non adjustable.
Off road tyres i believe and would say are better on road as they are more forgiving, only down side being they are a bit noisy.
