UK First ever Quad show.

On 22nd and 23rd September this year, the UK's 1st ever quad show will be taking place at the impressive Towcester Racecourse and Conference Centre in the heart of Northamptonshire.

The event is sponsored by Quad Heaven, every QH member will receive a 10% discount on any booking they make for the event, be it overnight camping, family tickets, quad entry tickets etc, just add your items to the cart and before you check out just enter the coupon code - member -

The Towcester racecourse and conference centre is an impressive venue with thousands of acres available for use just for the weekends event, the site has recently received a £7.5 Million overhaul and is the perfect venue for a show of this size.

50 stands have already been confirmed and a huge list of events have been organised, there will be something for everyone to see and do at the show. On both Saturday and Sunday there will be 2 stunt shows, an off road facility for road legal and non road legal quads, a road legal ride out incorporating local byways and river crossings and on Sunday there will be an Enduro race for riders of all ages with trophies, more information regarding this event will be forthcoming and bookable via the QH web site.

Camping is available for the whole weekend with on site shower facilities and on the Saturday evening the bar will be open and 'the sound of the blues brothers tribute band' will be there getting everyone on their feet.

There will be so much going on, you'd be mad not to turn up for a great weekends entertainment.

Just been looking at the website for this event and i got a plan.

How about we go there as a group early Saturday morning on our quads, camp overnight and drive back sunday.

Looking at the website there going to be loads to do and people to meet. They are putting up special camping arrangment on site so we can keep the quads safe.

heres the programme lifted from the site;

Friday 21st September
12pm-access for trade/exhibitors for stand set-up
2pm-access for weekender passes and quads/trailers.
5pm bars/restaurant/canteen open
5pm organised road rally-a5 via Towcester town subject to demand

Saturday 22nd September
7.00am canteen open for breakfasts-campers and exhibitors only.
ll stand/exhibits to be ready for:
9.00am quad show open.
11.00am stunt display
12.00am access open to off road facility(road and non road legal quads)
road legal ride out and trek(incorporating local byways and river crossing)
all bikes to return to off road facility for wheel wash.
2.30/3.00pm return of road legal ride out.
3.30pm stunt display.
5pm show closes
Saturday night entertainment-hog roast-restaurant and canteen open for exhibitors/campers-all bars open including main stand and quad show marquee.


Sunday 23rd September
As per Saturday with 9am start and 5pm close,.
Access to bars in the evening for campers and exhibitors staying until monday am.
Break down of stands is at show close and not before

Monday 24th Septembe
All campers and exhibitors to vacate the site by 12pm.


Cost inc all access and camping for one weekend would be 60 squids each. Ill organise it and get the tickets ect for us .

Right, well im going.

Planning to go on my quad and take a tent. Just not sure of the schedule at the moment. Id like to go on the Friday Evening and stay till sunday. I have a ticket for the offroad area and would like to make full use of it, and the night entertainment too.

As soon as im certain what im doing ill let you all know. Some have said they are just coming down for the day.

Just Back for the Quad Show.

I thought it was good considering that it was the first National quadshow.
Would have been good to have more dealers and stalls. Some of the big names like Polaris were missing. It never got really busy but then again Quads are a bit of a specialist intrest so im not too suprised. I hope the organisers managed to cover their costs and that there will be another event next year.

It was good to meet and chat to some of the people behind the forum messages.

Ill post some photos later.
