DJ, ordered the front skid plate as suggested, also ordered the front arm protectors, your comment on my old style heated grips, the dealer said that was all that was in stock at the time, upgrade to the new style is £125 plus he keeps my old grips, not worth it me-thinks, the spacers £250 quid, plus they are strongly telling me not to fit them, I will leave that one for a bit until I have had a bit more practice.

If your heated grips work just leave them, £250 for spacers wow.

the renegades look so much better with the spacers and probably work better?
Ask the others as they all have them.

Another option to heated grips is the handle bar muffs..
they have some advantages, as in keeping the mud and water off your gloves, and they are from around £15
