as nelly got bored with the problem thread I shall start a new one! my brake warning seems to have disappeared, brake lights now go on AND OFF with normal lever and foot operation, still a bit worried about the bit I found on the floor!
Anyway phoned Bombardier in the USA last night, customer services told me!!!wait for it----- THEY HAVE NO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OVER THE PHONE AS A COMPANY!!!!!!!!! if I wanted technical assistance I would have to call a dealer as only dealers give technical assistance, that gentlemen is a policy I cannot understand, being a rep myself and selling complex bits of kit through systems manufacturers I couldn't do my job that way, plus no one would ever buy anything from us, could it be the Bombardier lady was drunk whilst manning the phone, or mistaken because she couldn't understand my accent? talk about pass the buck, who trains the dealers then? the invisible man?
