What beer do you like

We just returned from Toms Farm in Wales where the first night we drank Brains Bitter, we had quite a lot of it and came to the conclusion that it had all the strength of the water from a mountain streams water, weak as water .
The second night we had Carling Export which was much stronger .
Generally, I like real ales from independent breweries .

West berkshire Brewry every time.

Full circle... an amazing brew, difficult to find a pub that does it though. I know a great little pub near newbury that does west berks real ale, maybe we shoulds organise a social there.

Im going to organise a social night for the BHQTA at a real ale pub in the country were we can have a bit of a tasting session. *cough* Theres so really great ones out by lambourne.

If fact, if there is 5 of us or more I think I can organise a bit of a brewry tour of a small independant brewery at the same evening. Been on one before, while we were there they just opened a cask of Ale and told us to get on with downing it. lol

Not sure you will get many of us there what with drinking and driving and other halves not liking ales etc .
