Its looks ok for £20 quid owner/rider.
There are very few place that will allow owner riders due to insurance, might be worth kicking the tyres on this facility and seeing if its any good.
Its quite a way though. Next time im passing there on business (which is often ), ill pop in and have a look

Has anyone tried the farmers field at Four Marks near Alton? Anyone can turn up and ride there, £5 for two wheels and £10 for four and you can play all day for that. The farmer turns up on his tractor and collects the money but talking to some people there he sometimes doesn't bother. The last time I went I took my grandson and had a BBQ and watched Thomas go past on the Watercress line. During the week it's fairly empty and at weekends you get MX bikes and 4x4 vehicles. Half the area is stoney with man made hills to play on and the other half is woods and mud. Not sure if this would be suitable for the sports quads as there are some very steep and very big holes in the ground and a lot of mud but it sure is a lot of fun. Also a good place to practice pulling yourself out with a winch.

I'm not very good at guessing how big things are but a very rough estimate I would say about a mile long and maybe 1/2 mile wide. This may not sound all that big but once you get into the woods the tracks go everywhere and with it being very muddy, rutted and sometimes quite steep it's slow going so you can spend a lot of time in there.
