My cousin has passed his driving test and needs a cheep insurance car. Looking for a polo or a clio 1.1 -1.4
He had some disgusting quotes ranging for 1800 to 5 grand but thats just the way it is for a 17 year old. So if you know of any cars going for sale send me a message. Thanks jay

In this age of reduculous insurance prices for youngsters who have just passed their test, I would go for a Renegade 800 as my first vehicle as only £1k to insure through Falcon, & a lot more fun than a 1l car

His second year quote was £1500, but i read if you add additional drivers ie 'your mum and dad' the price drops so we tried this, now insured for £750 amazing don't ask me why

There is a reason for this and its probably that the mum and dad should be the main drivers.

Problems may occur in case of an accident. But even going back 30 years I had to do the same for a year to get the costs down. Fingers crossed.
