Right, my views on these items ;

Where there is a danger to life and property then fine, lets have them, ie, near schools, around housing estates, places where the road is a hazard, where there is a high number of pedestrians or animals etc .

Where there is no hazard to the above then no, I think we should have a legal right to vandalise the revenue raising cameras, who is to say that a car doing 90mph on the motorway and driving with full attention is more dangerous than one doing 69mph and the driver on the phone ?

Just my thoughts on the subject .

I think that they where designed for a good intension but have been miss used to feed the Government bank balance. I once spoke to a guy many years ago who worked for Kodak, and he told me that the rolls of film were designed to last for a week and in most cases they were used up in one day.

Just another tax from the Labour Party :mad::mad::mad::mad:
I dont believe the road safety statistics show an improvement due to speed cameras

Top gear proved that.

If we all got hold of a load of old pillow cases and every time we went past an active speed camera put the pillow case over it, the old bill would go mental, its easy to find active cameras if you have sat navs with the warning facility .
