Ahh, you been reading my post on QH ? lol.
I dont think quads have horn relay so just unplug the one you got and plug one of the new ones in its place, then just extend the supply leads from each terminal and connect to the other one.
Should work fine without the relay.

yep indeed I did, they sound loud on there own, I decided to get them as some dickhead pulled out of a junction on me on sunday and would of liked to give him a blast with a proper horn :p

try them direct on a 12v battery, then try them on quad, if they sound just as loud then sorted.
Cars have/had a resistance wire feeding the horn so a more powerfull one needed a relay to supply the extra current needed.

fitted them today they sound good, much louder than the standard horn, couldnt use the supplied brackets thou as there was no room for them, so mounted them direct to the frame. Removed the existing bracket for the horn and just wound it in to the 8mm hole and the opposite side had the same hole position, strange how they sound different when they are mounted thou, but very pleased with them :p

I think the idea is to use the flexible mounting they come with to allow them to vibrate better.
