I rode Warriorriders Pred yesterday and was surprised by how bad it rode, it was like riding on ice with no grip and very harsh, we got home after our ride and I checked the tyre pressures, he had 12 to 14 PSI in the tyres , no wonder, I let them down to 5 PSI so should be good now, I run mine at 5PSI and its great .

I got a low pressure tyre gauge with the quad but also bought a digital gauge from Homebase for £9.99, I have a dilemma now as to which one to trust, the digital one reads 1.5 PSI higher .

5 PSI all round for me, kenda Bearclaws. I should experiment maybe but it seems to work as a good combination for on/off road.

i would not worry about what it says just that they are the same so when you wheelie it stays straight

I heard that unequal tire pressure on the same axles is the single most cause of Quad accidents. Many of the chinese quad brigade dont understand the importance of correct tire pressure, in fact many dont really know how to ride a quad.
In a recent fatal accident someone had 6 PSI in one wheel and 20 odd  in the other.

For road use 9psi is recomended and 5psi for off road use. But I stick with about 6psi for both.

I had 8psi in my tyres and the manual says to run at 5psi, so I let the pressure down and when out on the road and most of all off road it was worse on the handling so I'm going to up it back to 7 or 8psi.

5 to 7 PSI is good for most riding
