Oh yes the quad most definatly stays as I love the thing, but just couldnt resist this bit of hand crafted, billit alloy every where, ohlins boingers front and back, full titainium exhaust, ect ect, it gave me a little stiffy so I just had to have her

Its a TM 250 EN , I took it for a bit of a blat earlyer and it handles like a dream, steers fantastic brakes are good and the ohlins are just devine lol, it has plenty of low down power and will chug right down low and has a reasonable top end, may not be the fastest 250f but with the type of power it makes it is definatly a do it all type motor. Im sure when the rest of the gang take it for a trash they will like it as only Fran has had the honours so far and he had a huge big grin on his chops and went off muttering something about going home to smash open some of his piggy banks lol

Just because you have to use a boarding ladder to even get on your quad Andy, dosnt mean were all verticly challenged lol . Its actually not to bad I can plant both feet on the deck so even someone of your short stature would only need a desent set of stilletos to get aboard lol lol lol

Even the cable ties look good ;)
They look good Johnny, would have looked better with those swirl patterns made by a bit of wood dowel in a pillar drill and some cutting paste then solvol`d !

A few weeks ago the TM lost its spark, this happened at the time I had the fuel tank off to gain access to the carb carrying out some adjustments.
The bike restarted straight away and then just died so in thinking I had disturbed a wire or two I set about traceing the little blighter but all to no avail.
So after testing every component a vast number of times and even changing the CDI with a known good one still it had no fire,
A trip to Nigel at In Chains and even more fiddleing still produced nothing but between us we came to the conclusion it was the pulser coil so ordered one up that DHL promtly lost lol. so another was ordered and on arriving promtly fitted and guess what----------- still no fire
A vast number of phone calls to Mike at TM UK and West Country Windings and even a trip to Trevor Popes still produced no fire although every part from the CDI the stator windings regulator rectifier all testet good.
In the end I dumped the bike at In Chains and Nigel spent all day yesterday testing it all over and over again and still nothing
In the end he took all the electrics from a customers bike and fitted them to mine and guess what ------ still nothing, he phoned me late last night very frustrated and confused and between us we decided that as the flywheel was the only item not to have been changed that allthough mine was fine he would swap that with another this morning.
Well much to his surprise changing the flywheel produced a spark and we just stood there totally dumb founded, A few more phone calls to Mike at TM UK ect had not one person believing him or me that it was a fault with the flywheel!!!
So once again the fantastic art of all things that make sparky things spark and all the experts that fix all these sparky things have all learnt a thing or two, Dont ever take anything for granted as this electricity is a born liar and no end off high tech meters and testers can solve a problems that do not exist,
well shows it dosnt!!! Confused and bewieldered yes we all are but I am happy that after all this time I am up an running again and can once again have a choice of toys to go out to play on
