Looking at the Wileyco exhaust price list some are identified as E3 Homologated.

I though it was the bikes that were Homologated not the exhausts :D but nevertheless, does anyone know the difference between a road legal and non-road legal exahust ? is it all down to sound and pollution or are there some wierd gas throughput restrictions on road legal exhaust.

Does anyone actually buy, or have a third party road legal exhaust. Is there any point in these.

Must be a bugger to have to change the exhaust it every time you want to go on the road

Be good to know the differance.

Stainless is nice and shiny whereas carbon is not, with metal, the E number is probably a standard to conform to, like on your tyres, as for legal and non legal, i would think it is entirely down to decibels .

How can we trust someone who declares themself an idiot ;):D

Cant see why carbon fibre should not last as well as metal, they make racing car bodies, aircraft parts, bike frames and many other items out of it and it does not corrode.
What quad of yours has carbon fibre bodywork, i would be surprised if it did because of the cost and the fact that the major manufacturers dont use it, are you sure you are not confused with glass fibre, it would not be suitable for quad bodywork as it does not flex as well as plastic .

Fibre glass bodywork on a quad, OMG, that will just splinter if it gets hit by something .
