They are great but check out all the computerised equipment before parting with money .

Red pred doesnt get on with computers :-)

They have a engine managment system similar to a modern car, but it seems reliable enough. I have no information to suggest its a problem.

Nothing to do with getting on with computers, I use one every day at work, I know that engine management systems do fail and cost megabucks to replace .
The Renny has not been around long enough to give an accurate picture of long term reliability and sooner or later problems will probably arise .

wellzy, if i did not know how to use a PC then what am i doing now-doh ;):D:cool:
I read a review of the Renny in Quad magazine and the first thing they do in the workshop is plug the management system in like a racing car, it tells the PC tech, er, I mean mechanic, what needs doing and has a read out of all the data amassed during the period prior to maintenance, all clever stuff, imagine the money that could be made by pre-programming system failures to happen after the warranty runs out, unlikely but not impossible to do .
What I really want is a rut route planning system to avoid getting stuck and a puddle sonar depth gauge, and an invisible shield to prevent NJK soaking me LOL, my ideal quad would be a 4 wheel drive Outlaw .

The Renegades shouldn't have any problems with the electric's or engine management system as it is the same as their outlander's that they have been selling for years before they brought out the renegade, so fingers crossed any problems that they may of had would of been sorted out :D
