In an attempt to maintian my youthfulness and sex appeal I've started going to Cannons gym after work.
Not quite sure what im doing though. Those of you who are sporty may be able to advise me on a programme. (Age is 40 !!! and ehmmm slightly over weight)
I was thinking low impact - long time period rather that just pouring all my strength into 5 minutes (im still talking about the Gym here ).
30 minutes on the cross training maintinghart rate 120.
10 minutes on the running machine H/R 120
10 minutes on the rowing machine H/R 140.
I was hoping that doing this for 3 times a week would lift my metabalism and help me shed a few pounds.
What do you think. Anyone know much about this stuff ?
