For those who like tracks , i just found out that theres one close to Newbury just off the ridgeway.

Called Ashdown woods, apparently its a famos mx track.

Situated off the A417 between Blewbury and Streatley, it allows both Quads and Solo's on the main track and has two kids tracks as well.

Plenty of Jumps, Bomb hole and steep hills. Thought to be a quite challenging. The most Technical part is generally acknowledged to be the road leading to the parking area !!!!!!!!

Burger van on a Sunday and has a jet wash.

£25 a session. Gets busy as it is very popular.

If anyone find some pictures please post them.

You say it has two kids tracks to go round!! GREAT after last weekends effort I think we need the kids tracks to get some practice in, then we may be able to move on to the other tracks and not make fools of ourselfs.

I got to say Dave, im not sure our quads are quite the MX track racing types. I know yours is great for longer enduros though. That sharp incline was really dodgy on the Scrambler, i had to fight hard to keep the front end down, its just so dam heavy. I would'nt of got up there on just rear wheel drive, the front boots effectivley pulled me up. The Pred and QZ just took it with easy been light and agile.

I was practicly spinning around the sharpe bends, mostly due to my bad driving i think lol

I have been there it can be hard work depending on the maintenance of the track. But the track to get to it is awful.
