The current limit on the site for JPG files is 200k per picture. You can resize your pic below this limit by doing the following.

1.Use the open icon top left to load pictures.

2.Use the Original Image menu item goto the Change size item a control panel will open set the image height to 280

3.The other control panel titled JPG settings has a slide bar at the top, use this slide bar to adjust the JPG quality

4.The original picture is in the left panel and the output picture is displayed in the right panel. The output file size is shown in the bottom status bar try to get as small as possible whilst retaining clarity aim for about 50 kb

5. When satisfied Click the file menu top left

6. Click Save JPG as file in the file name of your choice.
Use the attach image option in the Manage attachments at the bottom, in the reply to thread and upload the new image you have created.
