Great pics Jim although I will never understand the fascination of wallowing in deep puddles, I much prefer the excitiement of speed but hey ho, whatever floats your boat (or sinks your quad) :D

A "secret" SATVC meeting at Capel, its special invite only as there is limited parking & the field we normally get is still waterlogged.

Shh, don't tell anyone down south, or that we don't like, or Ant as he will get cross with me for posting it on a public forum!

The new 2009 Raptor SE is bloody gorgeous !!! I WANT ONE RIGHT NOW! but I need to raid some piggybanks first..

Loads of good stuff there - cheap gloves, shirts. Great place to gather loads of stickers for the quads and lust after the Adreneline ATV girls. Nice laydees but they must get a bit cold standing around almost starkers all day . Shame ! NOT!

Live show was a bit lame this year but otherwise a great day out .

Man that place looks good, is that capel or rusper?
I really want to try it but will have to wait till its open (been told hopefully feb/march)

Just getting my trike all ready for what lays ahead  managed to get the snorkel up by the bars now. So breathing shouldnt be a problem.

next electrics, crankcase breather, and whatnot :P

That's Capel.

If you want to know which one I am, I am the one waring matching bra & panties.

Rusper is a good site too, there is more track style riding. Rusper is closed to quads during the winter as they use it to for shooting (ramblers)

Be honest Nogbad, you have 'special needs' that only someone like me can satisfy....

Handbags away now girls

i might get myself some waders then, sounds like a very good idea. It sucks going through a massive puddle and getting soaked :(

Luckily they do waders in size 12...

I'm lucky, as my quad is well high so I get away with wearing normal wellies. If it gets too deep you just kneel on the seat anyway.

Your trike looks quite low so waders are deffo the way to go. Can't wait to see you going through the pond on that bad boy!!

i know i can't wait to try! Will be ace guys! i just hope i can pull it out if i get any trouble

Hopefully i dont think it will reach my snorkel, how deep is this puddle roughly?

James
23rd December 2008, 02:46 PM
Jim will pull you out, he has a large strap on in his cargo box, theres also ant who has a winch i want to see that trike go through a deep puddle!! will have to get convincing the dad :fencing:

Big Jim
23rd December 2008, 03:47 PM
It's not too deep, comes about 6 inches over the footwells.

You will be fine if you have a snorkel on the trike!!
